It's so easy to go through life on auto pilot. People will ask in passing, how are you? And often we say, good how are you?, without a second thought. But how r u really? When we put pleasantries, automatic responses and fluff to the side? How R U really? How are you managing? How can I support? Often times we are so used to going and going we don’t check in with ourselves. How R U really was created to be a space that cultivates the need to answer this question openly and honestly. What do I need to feel and heal, to truly answer the question about my wellness or un-wellness. That is what we can figure out together, with a gentle push to truly look inward.
